Keyboard wierdness on HTC Mogul

We've had two users report that, when running our application on HTC Mogul,
the "Alt" key on the pull-out hardware keyboard is locked, and cannot be
unlocked.

I sent them a bare-bones, single-form, single-textbox test application, and
it does the same thing. Apparently, other (non-CF, I suspect) applications do
not exhibit this behavior.

The Mogul device is running CF 2.0.7045.0. We've tested on a Toshiba G900,
running the same version of CF, and it's fine.

Has anyone else seen or heard of this behavior? Has anyone NOT seen this,
and been able to use the hardware keyboard with a CF app on Mogul?

That's a known problem.  Please forward the HTC ROM information for the
failing devices here and I'll pass it along to the group as MS who is trying
to drive a ROM update from HTC.
