Secure calls WM5

Hi everyone!

I would like to build a secure phone application on Pocket PC (Windows
Mobile 5). Can i intercept phone GSM voice with WM5 API for encrypt/decrypt
it?
I need to activate an CSD (CIRCUIT-SWITCHED DATA) connection between two
phone or can i using normal GSM voice connection?

I think that you can be pretty sure that you won't be able to do it from
managed code.  There's more documentation around, as of Windows CE 6.0, on
the radio interfaces, so you should check that and see what is possible.
Generally, though, I think you're on your own.
