How to implement ftp raw Comman -- "LIST"

Hi,
I want to get the names of all the files in a directory on FTP.
I tried sending the LIST commant just like the other commands but it is
returning me the following error.

"425 Can't open data connection."

Can any one tell me how i can get the name of all the files in a directory
for a Pocket PC2002 Application using Sockets......

It works just like the RFC says it does.  Look at the SDF source if you
really want to see the guts of it.

Can you tell me where i can get the RFC and SDF Source.........
I am able to upload and download the files.....But only getting the File
names is not working......
Do you have any sample code for this......

Yes, there is source in the SDF for it:

I wrote it based on RFC 959:
