Hi,

I m using HP iPAQ 6515 PDA (a camera is inbuilt) and developing a
program to capture some data from the field.
The data may contains pictures of fields. My program is in .net compact
framework and database is in sql ce.
In current we are using HP Photo Smart program to take snaps and then
import (a module is developed for this) the picture file to our
program. This will create another headache for our field staff to
remember file name of photo.

So, we are trying to add a feature to take snapshots using inbuilt
camera and attaching direct to our database when the feed other data.

How can we solve this problem ?

Thanx!

For Windows Mobile 5.0 there is a new dialog - CameraCaptureDialog which
works with all devices which have a camera. For older devices you need to
get hold of the device specific SDK - in this case HP have an SDK for their
camera, but to get it you have to join their developer program:-
