I have a pocket PC with MovianVPN installed and I built an application that
call a web service trough the VPN.

I use VS2005, CF 2.0 and ActiveSync 4.1. When I connect to my pcketPC with
activeSync 4.1 my VPN routing table is lost. This do not happen when i use
ActiveSync 3.8.

Anyone have the same problem?

The ActiveSync product team as MS frequents the AS newsgroup,
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync.  I think you've got a better chance of
getting a reply on routing table issues and ActiveSync there than here.
