I need wceldcmd.exe file for download so that i can have my cab files
installed on the pocket pc only during coldboot without the files being
deleted.

If you mean WCELOAD.EXE, it's on every PPC/SP device in ROM. If you don't
want particular CAB file to be deleted after installation is done, please
mark it Read Only.

Best regards,

Ilya

Raj,

this is a Symbol utility. I don't remember exactly, but I guess you will
find it in a DCP, the Platform SDK or the SMDK on the Symbol Developer Zone
or in the \Windows directory on a Symbol device.
