It seems that you have no OpenNETCF*.dll in
"...\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SmartDevices\SDK\CompactFramework\2.0\WindowsCE\".
Just copy it manually from
"...Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\CompactFrameworkSDK\v1.0.5000\Windows CE\"

Harry,
A couple of things: You really should upgrade to VS 2005 beta 2 as it's much
more stable. And the OpenNETCF library isn't really tested yet for .NetCFv2.
If you're using it for a .NetCFv1 project, you need to use Project, Add
References to include it in your project.

Hi Guys,
Many thanks for your prompt reply. As a student, unfortunately, I cannot
afford the cost of delivery of the cd.
Microsoft are not charging for the cd but insist on sending it by special
messenger which is where the cost is involved. I have asked them to send it
by snail mail and I would pay for this. But they are adamant. I wonder,
therefore, if you know of the site where I will be able to download the
contents of the cd.
I would also be obliged if you could give me the download address of
OpenNETCF.dll. Is it part of CompactFrameworkSDK?
Regards

Harry,
Only MSDN subscribers can download VS 2005 beta 2. You can download the
OpenNETCF SDF at www.opennetcf.org.
