Hello,

In ADO.NET is there anyway to save the contents of an datatable
directly to an Access table without having to loop through and generate
a SQL insert query string?  I figure there's probably a way to do it as
one chunk.

I'm using VB.NET 1.1.

Thanks,
Eric

A pity, the answer is No.

If the data rows state is added, there is a pretty straightforward way to do
it:

Dim MyTable As DataTable = GetTable()
       Dim Adapter As New OleDbDataAdapter("SELECT Field1, Field2, Field3
FROM MyTable", "connection string")
       Dim Builder As New OleDbCommandBuilder(Adapter)
       Adapter.Update(MyTable)
