Hello,

I need an array of objects.  I am considering using either ArrayList Class
or List Generic Class.

Any guidelins regarding when to use one or the other?

Thanks

It would be better to post your requirements in terms of updating,
searching, random access, etc., so responders could match the strengths of
the various collection types to your needs.

As we don't know your requirements, the links below will help you decide.

Looks like you got answers in the C# newsgroup. Please don't
multipost.

The only reason I see for using ArrayList instead of List<something>
in .NET 2.0 is if you have to interact with older libraries that don't
support generics.
