I've been working on a multi-section document.  I recently changed the
header/footer settings to Same As Previous for all but the Front Matter of
the book.  The consecutively numbered pages appear in the Layout View but
aren't printing.   Top and Bottom margins are set at 1"; headers and footers
are at 0.5".  Really need help, this is almost ready to go to the publisher!
