Cluster programming

Hi everyone.
I need to write an app that run in a windows 2003 cluster.
Never done this bevore. Can someone help me getting started?
Maybe someone could advice me for a good book or a website....

for the most part, the application behaves the same on a cluster as on a
non-cluster environments. Be aware though that some options deserve special
attention if you need session to be shared across these servers.
larkaware.com has a new product that advertises scalable session management
over clusters. Alternatively, you can use ASP.NET stateserver or a DB
implementation. There's also a nasty intermittent viewstate error that crops
up in a cluster environment that you should be aware of.

Ok, but I need my application (written in c#) to be fault tollerant, so it
should share some resources beetween the two clustered machines. Are thare
any APIs to create and use those resources?

your best bet is the database as the central store of the resource. It is
convenient and handles most of the concurrency misery you are likely to face
with third party options.
