need the sn.exe tool

Hi,

i need the sn.exe tool in order to sign assemblies with strong names.
I use Visual Web Dev. and i coudn't find it in the directory
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.xxxxx .

Can it be downloaded from somewhere?

sorry, i found it in c:\program files\visual studio..\SDK
