Hello,

I am praying someone can help me, and I will keep it as simple as I can.

I have three web sites, all created by a co-worker.  He zips the sites up
(excluding the bin directory), and passes them on to me.

I compile the three sites, and a DLL file is created inside the BIN folder.

I then add this DLL file via ADD REFERENCE to a new project based on very
similar code.

In my new project, no matter what changes I make, the DLL file will NEVER
recompile and seems to be stuck with the old code.  For example, if I change
a Checkbox to a DropDownList, I receive an error saying the Baseclass
contains a checkbox, yet the ASPX file contains a DropDownList.

In short, how do I get permission to overwrite the DLL file which was
compiled elsewhere by another user a part of another web site?
