I'm looking for a ASP.NET open source social network software to build a
web-site. so far, I have no luck.

.net + open source = slim pickin's.

That said, DotNetNuke is on obvious choice to start considering. It's open
source.

Community Server is specifically a .net social site CMS tool. NOT open
source, but very affordable, and 'shared source' in that you get the source
code as well.

Barring that, I guess we'll have to wait for MS to fully buy FaceBook and
port it to Sharepoint. ;0)
