i want to buy a new pc, i currently run xp professional and use it for web
development, well just starting to use it.

But  i currenlty use iis and other tools fror developing asp.net
appications.  such as microsoft visual web developer express edition.

i note many new pc's come with vista, will this be a problem. will i be able
to test and build  asp.net apps using C#, iis, and visual web developer..

I believe with Vista Home Premium and above ... you can install IIS.

The install procedure is a tad different under Vista, you'll have to google
for that.
