I'm looking for advice on which book would be good for me to learn
ASP.NET from (I learn well from books).
I've been programming since mid-nineties, mostly using MS
technologies. I'm very familiar with VB, C++, ASP, MSSQL, COM/MTS/COM
+, MSMQ, etc. I played with .NET when it first came out (even before
VS.NET), so I have general understanding of what it is, but no
experience since.
I need to learn ASP.NET (and ADO.NET, but that's secondary). Is there
a book written with someone like me in mind - who has significant
experience with older MS technologies?
TIA
