Minimum requirements
    BE / BTech / MCA with atleast 60% score in X, XII & Graduation
consistently or as an aggregate %
Should have at least 1 yr experience of working on a Sharepoint
Should have at least a few months experience of working on a WSS 3.0
Should be currently working on .NET 2.0 ( and not only .NET 1.1)
Should clear the Share point technical tests

Abilities    Good communication (oral & written) fluency in English
Excellent learning & analytical ability
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in teams
