hey all,
you know how google toolbar has a different install for any and all
browsers, do you think that was possible with one development platform?

Does anyone have a guess what was used to build it? I'd like to build
something similar that would scroll some information across the bar. Any
suggestions, tips, etc.?

thanks,
rodchar
