A Visual Studio 2005 Standard problem

In Design View, sometimes the Properties Window will not refresh properly
when I select different controls on the page.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Yup, I've seen it. I don't have a workaround for it, other than to ignore
it.

I think we should report this to MSDN.  Do you know their feedback site/bug
reporting site?
