Problems with web service configuration

Hi group!!

I've been getting troubles with the web service configuration. The error
that send me is

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'Aranxel.Global'.

Source Error:

Line 1: <%@ Application Inherits="Aranxel.Global" Language="VB" %>

Source File: /global.asax Line: 1

Somebody knows why i'm gettind this error. I'm new in web services and I
dont know how to solve it

This error often happens when the global.asax has not been compiled.
