files\app.exe) from code of my Web Service. The following
code doesn't work in WebService, but gratly work in
WinForms app:

{
...
 System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("c:\\pr
files\\app.exe");
...
}

How can i do that?

Is it a IIS security polycy?
Or what?

Thanks if any answers'll be sent to my e-mail

This is ASPNET user rights restriction.
Try to grant access on the folder where your exe-file stored
to this user account.

Also take a look at the following topic in MSDN
"ASP.NET Impersonation".
