Hi

Is there any document management that microsoft provides? A large
organization need a tool that gets information and can generate documents
based on a pre defined templates.

Thanks

No doubt about it.  Take a look at GhostFill (http://www.ghostfill.com) and
HotDocs (http://www.hotdocs.com).

Disclaimer:  We are consultants for both of these products.

Please let me know if we can help.
