Ok, I'm confused...

Can someone explain to me those bold claims that are made on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/managed/ says that it will provide me:
- Unlimited on-line technical support - keep your PSS incidents
- A commitment to respond to your post within two business days

So I'm thinking, "Great!  Let's post!"  10 days later, nothing...

I'm a MSDN subscriber, what more do I need to do?

Thanks
