ASP.NET 2 WebControl development book?

Can anyone recommend any books on ASP.NET 2 web control development. The
Nikhil Kothari book I already have covers only ASPNET 1.x and I'm trying to
use some of the new ASP.NET 2 webcontrol features without any luck, e.g. I am
struggling with WebResource.axd - I've got it working fine but trying to
debug included JS files is driving me nuts! Think I'll go back to the old
asp_net_client include file way of doing things.

Can anyone recommend ASP.NET 2 web control dev books?

But to answer your question. Only book I've seen so far is Wrox's

Professional ASP.NET 2.0 Server Control and Component Development

MSPress is probably going to update their book at some point, but I'm quite
confident it's nearer Orcas timeframe.
